Qualification: MBA – HR

Job Role:
– Overseeing all aspects of human resources strategy and operations to support the Business.
– Responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and systems, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
– Responsible for promoting a positive workplace culture and
providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
– Should be open to travel
