We are looking for experienced professionals to join our IPQA team in the pharmaceutical industry.
🧾 Position: Officer – IPQA
🎓 Qualification: B. Pharm / BSc / M.Sc
🧪 Experience: 1 – 3 years in the Pharma industry (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing activities
✔️ Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
✔️ Review batch manufacturing and packing records for accuracy and completeness
✔️ Monitor line clearance activities and ensure proper documentation practices
✔️ Handle deviations, change controls, and incident reporting activities
✔️ Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to maintain product quality standards
✔️ Support audits and inspections by maintaining IPQA documentation readiness
✔️ Good knowledge of documentation practices and shop floor QA activities
