🔧 Key Responsibilities (Role-based)
Plant Maintenance Operator
• Handle routine & breakdown maintenance of OSD machines (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Packing).
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues to reduce downtime.
• Maintain preventive maintenance & GMP documentation.
HVAC Operator
• Operate & maintain AHUs, chillers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, and differential pressure as per standards.
• Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules.
Utility Operator
• Operate & maintain boilers, water systems (RO/DM/WFI), air compressors, and DG sets.
• Monitor utility equipment performance & ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Record & maintain logs as per GMP requirements.
