Syngene International Limited is looking for a Talent Acquisition partner with a background in the pharmaceutical/Life-science industry.
Role: Talent Acquisition
Work Location: Bengaluru (WFO)
Experience: 4 to 6 years of work experience in Life-science or Pharma industry.
Requirement-
An understanding of the pharmaceutical industry’s employment patterns and skill set requirements, as well as a strong focus on stakeholder management, are required.
- Capability to manage the entire recruitment life cycle for the allocated business.
- Should be capable of handling recruitment related documentation and operations.
- Capability of developing a recruitment strategy to ensure that all positions are filled within TAT.
