Requirements:
– M. Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Microbiology M. Pharma
– 10-15 years of experience in a biotechnology company involved in the manufacturing of Drug Substance and Finished Biotech/complex biologics/bio-pharma products
 
Desirable Skills: Experience in handling and troubleshooting bioassay related automated instruments such as ELISA plate reader, Particle counter, PCR, Analytical Balance, centrifuge, etc.
 
Some key responsibilities:
– Coordinate with the Bioassay team for timely analysis and release of Biosimilar proteins and related IPQC tests to ensure testing completion within stipulated periods for manufacturing activities.
– Review Bioassay and other product-related testing in LIMS, review SOPs, Specifications, and STP.
– Ensure compliance for internal and external customer and regulatory audits.
– Coordinate with manufacturing, regulatory, and quality assurance for Bioassay-related activities.
