Sorry, we are looking for recruiter experienced in Pharma Domain Particularly.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Proficient in sourcing and attracting potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiation skills for job offers and terms.
- Adaptability to changing recruitment needs.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Primary Responsibility:
Handling Recruitment requirements. Pharmacovigilance / Clinical Trails Recruitment Experience candidates will be an added advantage. Candidates working in Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Trials, or any Pharma Domain recruitment domain via consultancies can also apply.
Experience Range Required:
At least 2 years of relevant Recruitment experience, preferably in the Pharma Domain. Candidates with experience in Pharmacovigilance or Clinical Trials recruitment are particularly welcome.
CTC: Competitive, up to 8 LPA depending on experience and interview performance.
