About Macryl Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd:
Marcyrl has been established in 1998 as a simple private company “Marcyrl Import & Export Company”. On Jan 17, 2002, and, according to Law no. 491 /2002, Marcyrl received Mini the story of Health approval to build the factory under the name of “Marcyrl Pharmaceutical Industries”.
The first GMP Approval from MOH for Manufacturing was in Dec. 2003.
Marcyrl is located in El Obour City with high-quality production facilities following the highest International Quality Standards, with strong Research and Development Department and also Quality Control Lab equipment with the latest analytical Instruments, and practices GMP. The manufacturing, packaging, labelling and advertising of Marcyrl products are subject to regulation by the Ministry Of Health in Egypt.
From the beginning, the company planned to formulate dosage forms of recently generic drugs from local and imported intermediates, applying the latest GMP regulations throughout the operational or line departments beginning with an evaluation of raw materials, calibration of equipment and control, holding and distribution of finished products to assure quality, effectiveness and safety.
Marcyrl production is covering the following major dosage forms:
- Solid Dosage Forms such as Tablets, capsules and powder in a sachet.
- Liquid Dosage Forms such as Syrup, oral drops, Solution and Suspension.
- Semi-Solid Dosage Forms such as Cream, Ointment and Gel.
- Suppositories Dosage Form (Hormonal & Non-Hormonal).
- Soft Gelatin Capsule Dosage Forms
Others
- Separate buildings for dedicated warehouse (Finished Products, Raw Materials and Packaging)
To better serve the Egyptian Market, Marcyrl has made under a License Agreement and became the Sole Agent and representative for the following Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies for which we got their GMP’s approval to manufacture their products at our Facilities such as:
- MERZ (Germany).
- SCHWABE (Germany).
- ENGELHARD (Germany).
- IBSA (Switzerland).

Job Brief:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions to drive product awareness, prescriptions, and sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a solid understanding of medical and pharmaceutical concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Product Promotion:
Present and promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Explain product benefits, dosage, and side effects based on clinical data and trials.
– Sales & Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track sales performance and report to the area or regional manager.
– Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
Regularly visit existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
– Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback.
Provide insights to the marketing and product teams for strategic planning.
– Territory Management:
Plan and manage daily visits and coverage of assigned geographical areas.
Ensure regular follow-ups and adherence to visit schedules.
– Training and Knowledge:
Attend company training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry regulations.
Educate healthcare providers on new products and updated formulations.
– Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Submit regular reports, including daily calls, feedback, and market analysis.
Job Requirements:
– Graduated from Pharmacy, Veterinary & Biotechnology.
– Must have at least 1 year in the promotional field.
