- Territory: French West Africa.
- Experience: 10-15 years’ experience of which 5-6 years in French West Africa.
Roles & Responsibility:
·        We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate to oversee our operations in Ivory Coast, Benin & Togo. (Based in Ivory Coast).
·        The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key relationships, and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned region.
·        Candidate should possess working knowledge of regulatory requirements of the country.
·        Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
·        Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
·        Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the region.
·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
·        Develop and manage the countries P&L, ensuring prudent financial management and allocation of resources.
·        Provide effective leadership to the local team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
·        Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
·        Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
·        Fluent in French Language.
