Job purpose
Execute Procurement activities and ensure timely RM deliveries without compromising the set system and process.
Duties and responsibilities
– Execution of RM deliveries to plant as per the Rolling plans.
– Preparation of purchase plan upon receipt of Rolling plans from PPIC.
– Floating of Enquiries and preparation of Comparative statements.
– Preparation of Purchase orders and ensure the same is sent to vendors with an acknowledgement.
– Co-ordinate with Vendors and logistics depart for timely material movement & deliveries at plant.
– Co-ordinate with plant PPIC for material movement and ensure completion f Analysis.
– Handle plant rejection to ensure timely returning and replacement of goods in co-ordination with Warehouse and vendor.
– Follow and adhere the system and process compliance.
