Scientific Manager -In-Vitro ADME; Location: Hyderabad
Extensive experience (7-9 yrs with masters, 2-5 years with Phd.) in a wide variety of in vitro ADME assays (PPB, Microsomal stability, hepatocyte stability etc), and deep fundamental understanding of mechanistic ADME, including a solid track record in applying new science and technologies to enhance in vitro ADME assays.
Should able to perform the assay individually and guide the team to perform these assays as per client requirement.
Able to understand the bioanalytical data and do assay troubleshooting of various technical aspects as and when required.
Strong communication skills and should have experience in supporting novel modalities and managing in vitro ADME assays
Prior experience conducting ADME assays and understanding of the concept of metabolism is preferred
Analyze data and maintain detailed, accurate and comprehensible study documentation
Ability to clearly communicate and work collaboratively with others
Able to independently interpret findings and make presentations at internal and external meetings
Senior Research Associate -In-Vitro ADME; Location: Hyderabad
Routinely conduct a (hands-on) evaluation of Plasma protein binding, plasma stability, microsomal stability, solubility and another in-vitro ADME assay for NC’s candidate molecules
Contribute to other exploratory in-vitro ADME assay design and discussions
Analyze data and maintain detailed, accurate and comprehensible study documentation
Master’s degree (2-5+ years of experience) or equivalent in drug metabolism or related discipline with relevant industry experience in drug discovery/development
Prior experience conducting ADME assays and understanding of the concept of metabolism is preferred
Associate Scientist- In-life PK; Location: Bengaluru
Expertise in handling rodents (Rat, Mouse, Rabbit, Guinea pigs and Hamsters); Good hands with different routes of administration (PO, IP, IM, SC, IV, Intradermal, Sub plantar injection, Intrathecal route); able to conduct the rodent PK studies independently.
Sound in collecting the blood through the saphenous vein, retro-orbital plexus, cardiac puncture & tail vein.
Should be able to collect CSF from both mice and rats.
Should have expertise in different cannulation techniques in rodents
Should be able to perform PK modelling using WinNonline software.
Able to understand bioanalytical data and should be able to perform Data interpretation, Data creation and statistical analysis.
Sound has sound verbal and written communication skills.
