1. FORMULATION DEVELOPMENT DEPT (R&D)
- Experience: 9 to 10 Years
- Qualification: M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics)
Key Responsibilities:
- Literature search/study and to prepare development trials strategies.
- Preformulation study execution.
- Market/Innovator/reference product characterization/evaluation.
- Execution, monitoring and documentation of trial batches – prototype formulation development.
- Execution and monitoring of development stability studies.
- Execution/ monitoring of process optimization/scale-up batches.
- Technology transfer activities at site.
- Preparation and review of documents like MFR, BOM, compatibility study protocol and report, stability study protocol and report, PDR, etc as per requirements.
- Co-ordination with relevant cross-functional departments/teams.
- Having experience/exposure of formulation development of solid orals (tablets, capsules); liquids; semisolids, dry syrup dosage forms aimed for export/ROW and domestic market. Experience in injectables will be the added advantage.
- Should possess experience in handling various equipments like RMG, FBD/FBP, compression machine, roller compactor, coating machine, etc.

2. ANALYTICAL DEVELOPMENT DEPT (R&D)
- Experience: 4 to 5 Years
- Qualification: Msc-Chemistry / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Having experience of routine analysis for assay, dissolution, related substances, CU, water content, etc of different dosage forms.
- Having experience of analyzing in-process, finished products, stability study, etc samples.
- Should possess handling/operational experience of instruments like HPLC, UV, dissolution apparatus, etc.
- Preparation of specification, STP, stability study reports, SOP’s, etc documents.
- Having experience in analytical method development, analytical method validation of finished products.
- Compilation of analytical results/data, maintenance of proper records.
- Periodic calibration of instruments with its proper record.
