– HEAD-WAREHOUSE (MANAGER).
– QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate.
– Experience: 10+ years in Pharma/Chemical/FMCG industry;
Responsible & accountable for.
– Compliance & documentation as per regulatory requirements.
– Finished Goods Receipt, Handling and Dispatch as per Plan.
– Receipt of materials, Handling and storage of material as per good warehousing practices.
– Preparation of warehouse SOPs as per cGMP and USFDA/MHRA/WHO guidelines.
– Maintain Storage Area as per cGMP guideline and its relevant documentation with proper guidance to Team.
– Physical Stock Verification of Packaging/Finished Material.
– Coordination with Accounts, Purchase, Production and Info Tech Dept. for job-related activity and HR for Team-related activity.
– Procurement with help of Purchase requisition, Capital Item Request, Job completion reports and coordination with Vendors.
– Handle the team for smooth operation & train and develop new recruits.
– Shift arrangement.
