Job details:
– Conduct cell-based assays and molecular biology experiments. – Handle multiple adherent and suspension cancer cell lines.
– Conduct proliferation/viability assays for determining the potency of compounds. – Conduct gene expression studies in cells by qPCR.
– Analyse proteins using SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting and ELISA. – Perform assays with primary cells such as human PBMCs
