Harman Finochem Ltd is looking for candidates interested in the Marketing support profile for our API segment at our Head Office.

Job Description –
· Production planning & scheduling in consultation with Marketing/Business Development team.
· Coordination with plant for the material available as per given allocation.
Update order tracking files on a daily basis.
· Create order intimation against customer PO.
· Coordination for the dispatch of material with the dispatch/ logistics department of the Plant.
Update order tracking files on a daily basis.
· Create order intimation against customer PO.
· Coordination for the dispatch of material with the dispatch/ logistics department of the Plant.
Co-ordination with the Logistics team for export shipments.
· Coordination for shipment with International customers & share the final shipping documents.
· Coordination for the shipping documents with the Logistics team.
Updating Export Consignment folders (to keep intimation, PO copy, shipping documents).
Coordination for customer shipment-related queries with Logistic Team.
· Narcotic product permit update & coordination.

Experience – Minimum 4-5 years experience in API marketing.
