– Job Location: Bangalore.
– Position: Research Associate.
– Qualification: Cell & Molecular Biology, M.Sc. (specialization in any Life Sciences) with 4 – 8 years experience.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct cell-based assays and molecular biology experiments.
– Maintenance and preservation of cell culture.
– Handled multiple adherent and suspension cancer cell lines.
– Conduct proliferation/viability assays for determining the potency of compounds.
– Conduct gene expression studies in cells by qPCR.
– Analyse proteins using SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting and ELISA.
– Follow good laboratory practices and maintain work areas.
– Update database and lab notebooks regularly.
– Understanding of systems and processes pertaining to safety, health and environment.
