What You鈥檒l Do:
Retailer activities:
Ensure distribution, detailing and display
Map universe of retailers in given territories in A, B, C by size of our vis a vis Competitor business
Develop and maintain list of minimum 360 chemists in given territory and maintain desired frequency of visit as per agreed norms
Ensure minimum 70% productive calls
Maintain inventory level at retailers through POBs
Wholesaler activities:
Maintain list of core wholesalers in given territory
Develop and implement loyalty programs for wholesalers
Ensure reach of products to interiors through wholesalers with local campaigns
Distributor activities:
Identify, appoint & develop important distributors network across key markets /cities
Partner with distributors to increase secondary sales
Maintain / work out the weekly secondaries at the distributors for understanding the secondary trend /off-take patterns
Demand Management
路 Overall accountability for managing primary : secondary ratio
Who We鈥檙e Looking For :
路 Graduate from any discipline
路 Above 10 years with min 5 years in OTC / OTX business. Currently should have Experience of Managing People Managers.
路 Expertise in developing trade channels, new product launch and retail capabilities
路 Internal Stakeholder Management and Liaoning.
路 Exposure to D2C business
