• Responsible for handling of EPIQ Learn – IQ Training Software.
• Responsible for overall training management such as On Job Trainings (OJT), Refreshment Trainings, Technical Trainings, cGMP Trainings, and external trainings.
• Ensuring that updated questionnaires are available for usage.
• Responsible for providing Trainings on the SOPs before personnel involved in the activity.
• Ensure that availability of TNI of all departments.
• Ensure to update the organogram as per the frequency.
• Responsible to update the job responsibilities of all employees as per their roles.
