Position : Manager/Senior Manager
Experience : 13-18 Years
Job Profile :
1. Should have core experience in Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with applicable regulations and standards
2. Ensure documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions, aligns with quality objectives.
3. Manage the creation, review, approval, and control of quality-related documents.
4. Establish and maintain document control procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
5. Coordinate and oversee the training program to ensure that personnel are adequately trained on QMS procedures.
6. Track and document employee training records.
7. Plan and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS.
8. Collaborate with department heads to address audit findings and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
9. Lead investigations into non-conformances, customer complaints, and deviations.
10. Develop and implement CAPAs to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
11. Implement and maintain a risk management program within the QMS.
12. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks across the organization.
13. tay abreast of changes in regulations and standards related to quality management.
14. Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
15. Provide training on quality systems, GMP, and other relevant topics to personnel involved in the production of injectable products.
16. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness.
