- Job Role – Field officer Executive
- Qualification – BSc Agri, Diploma in Agri, BSc Horti
- Responsibilities:
- Conducting farm level meetings for creating awareness.
- Contacting FPO and Farmer for data collection and onboarding to the connecting the procurement team on daily basis for procurement.
- Analysing the production demand and convey the number to procurement team,
- Mentoring the farmers on weekly basis regarding the crop planning and IPM practices.
- Reporting the daily activities and maintaining the records for crop update.
- Scouting on daily basis in the farmers field for the data monitoring.
- Data keeping the records and informing the same to their seniors.
- Connecting farmers to the organization.
- Visits to farmer fields on daily basis.
- Empowerment of Rural youth and Farmer.
- Development of Self Help Groups.
- Sorting, Grading, and quality checking of Vegetables and fruits.
- Skills:
- Good at field supervision & crop maintenance.
- Good communication & convincing skills.
- Adaptive to any work environment.
- Thrives to work hard.
- Computer operating skills.
